Mom's main concern for her 8 year old is that the "baby tooth in front fell out 1 year ago, and the adult tooth still hasn't erupted".
So, we used a CO2 LightScalpel laser to :
1 - Remove a little bit of gum tissue over the Left Central Incisor, to allow it to erupt, and
2 - Release the Low positioning Lip-Tie to allow the gap to close as the central incisor comes down.
The patient did great for this quick procedure, under Nitrous oxide/Oxygen.
Recovery was easy - minimal pain and minimal bleeding. Mom said that just within 1 day of the procedure, the permanent tooth began to erupt into the mouth!
